About Lucy

I’m your holistic massage and Reiki practitioner, offering recovery-focused treatments to support deep healing and nervous system regulation.

Through lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy massage, and nervous system reset therapy, I help you release tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body. My approach is trauma-informed and supportive, creating a safe, nurturing space in my studio or through mobile services.

At Elixia Bodyworks, I blend evidence-based techniques with intuitive care to restore balance, promote lymphatic health, and guide you back to feeling grounded and connected - body, mind, and spirit.

More about Lucy

  • "Lucy has a true gift. From the moment I walked into the space, I felt seen, safe, and supported. Her blend of massage and energy work left me feeling more grounded and connected to my body than I have in months. It’s so much more than just physical healing – it’s soul work."

    Elena Perry

  • "I’ve had countless massages over the years, but nothing compares to the experience at Elixia Bodyworks. Lucy’s intuitive approach, combined with her calm presence, helped me release deep tension and emotional blocks I didn’t even realise I was holding. I always leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more at peace."

    – David L., Gladesville

  • "I wasn’t sure what to expect from a remote session, but I was blown away. Lucy’s presence is so powerful, even from a distance. During the session I felt waves of calm and release, and afterwards, a deep emotional clarity. It’s amazing how supported and real it felt — like she was right there with me."

    – Jasmine T., Byron Bay

  • "The Reiki session with Lucy was nothing short of transformative. Her energy is incredibly gentle yet strong — I could feel blockages dissolving and a deep warmth spreading through my body. I left feeling deeply nourished, emotionally lighter, and spiritually recharged. A true reset."
