I’m your holistic massage and Reiki practitioner, offering recovery-focused treatments to support deep healing and nervous system regulation.

Through lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy massage, and nervous system reset therapy, I help you release tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body. My approach is trauma-informed and supportive, creating a safe, nurturing space in my studio or through mobile services.

At Elixia Bodyworks, I blend evidence-based techniques with intuitive care to restore balance, promote lymphatic health, and guide you back to feeling grounded and connected - body, mind, and spirit.
